Joycelyn’s Southern Kitchen aka “JSK” was founded by Holistic Chef Joycelyn Bryant in 2013 while enrolled at the University of Central Florida pursuing a degree in Molecular Biology & Microbiology. The original purpose for JSK was to provide real, affordable, scratch-made southern style cooking that was #betterthanyomomma to her peers at UCF and Full Sail University. Through passion, consistency, and organic evolution, JSK has since grown to encompass an expanded set of services and offerings that include many plant-based options.
While keeping southern roots at our core, JSK enjoys exploring foreign, fusion, and fine cuisines – all the while creating our own signature dishes & condiments. We create high-quality, transformative dining experiences designed to elevate the bodies and atmospheres of all who partake.
