Joycelyn’s Southern Kitchen aka “JSK” was founded by Holistic Chef Joycelyn Bryant in 2013 while enrolled at the University of Central Florida pursuing a degree in Molecular Biology & Microbiology.

The original purpose for JSK was to provide real, affordable, scratch-made southern style cooking that was #betterthanyomomma to her peers at UCF and Full Sail University. Through passion, consistency, and organic evolution, JSK has since grown to encompass an expanded set of services and offerings that that are increasingly plant-based.

It only starts at food… The Kitchen is an energy center – the heart of the home. It acts as a laboratory, a classroom, a communal space and so much more! Let your mind expand into the possibilities of what can be birthed.
